Requirements and Agreements

• I am 13 years or older and have a mature attitude.

• I am aware that I need to be reliable and I will be committed to my role.

• I agree that I will not disclose any information about projects.

• I agree to work as a team with my fellow developers.

• I confirm that I understand at least one programming language.

• I will do my best to attend every meeting, and if I cannot, I will let the development manager know.

Job Information

Skills required

• • Understanding of how to code using the Java programming language

  • Understanding of Minecraft Java

  • Understanding of the English language

  • Basic communication skills

  • Basic teamwork ethic

Work Activities and Expectations

• • Brainstorming ideas for the project

  • Testing of project

  • Coding in the Java programming language

    • Working on the main RPG plugin

    • Working on other plugins deemed necessary for the RPG

Types of Meetings

• • Discussion - Discussion and/or brainstorming

    • You don't have to necessarily hop on Minecraft (unless specified by your manager)

  • Work session - Working on the server

Absence and Tardiness

If you will be absent or late

• • • Notify us beforehand or up to 15 minutes after the meeting has started to be excused

    • Without notification, you will be counted as late or absent

Terminology

• • • Absent - Did not show up for the meeting

    • Late/Tardy - 15+ minutes late to the meeting

    • Excused Absence - Notified us that you would be absent

    • Excused Lateness/Tardiness - Notified us that you would be late

Before you start your application, please know that meetings are required and essential to the project. You are not required to speak in the meetings, but If you cannot attend them, I recommend that you do not submit an application.
